La Cusinga Lodge Hotel
The La Cusinga Lodge Hotel in Uvita is only a short walk from the beach and the famous Ballena National Marine Park.
Set in private grounds of more than 240 hectares and surrounded by rainforests with trails that lead to secluded beaches, this eco-lodge has ten rustic cabins with en-suite facilities. The cabins were built using local sustainably-harvested wood, have wooden floors, and are appointed with locally-made wooden furniture.
The open-air Aracari Restaurant has magnificent views of the Pacific and you’ll find a menu of mouth-watering tropical dishes made with locally-sourced fresh produce.
The hotel is the perfect base for visiting Corcovado National Park and Cano Island, and is also known as a great wellness and yoga retreat. A whole variety of tours can be arranged through the hotel.
