Cookery Classes
We offer cookery classes on both islands of Sao Tome and Principe.
Cookery courses on Sao Tome are based at a popular local restaurant and you’ll learn how to cook tasty Santomean dishes, local-style. On Principe you’ll learn how to cook like a 5 Star chef, using fresh local ingredients from the kitchen gardens. Fresh fish is regularly on the menu on Sao Tome and Principe, often served with breadfruit, manioc, beans and some of the plentiful vegetables. Meals often feature one of the seven varieties of banana grown on the islands too! Cooking classes can be incorporated into any of our tailor-made holidays to Sao Tome and Principe.
