The Details
Embark on an unforgettable journey through Namibia and enjoy some of Namibia’s best wildlife experiences. Stay in hand-picked luxury camps, where elegance meets the untamed beauty of Namibia and open decks allow you to connect with nature. Dine outdoors and enjoy panoramic views of rugged landscapes, drink sundowners under star-filled African skies, and cool off in open-air pools. With luxury rooms and free-roaming animals outside your window, the tented camos are as much a part of the adventure as the safari drives.
After staying for one night in Windhoek, you drive to Okonjima Wildlife Reserve to track leopards, staying overnight in their luxury tented camp. Continue to Etosha and head into the park on a guided game drive, where you could spot all three of the big cats: lion, leopard, and cheetah. You’ll stay at Onguma Tented Camp, near the eastern gate of Etosha, and can enjoy watching animals drink from the watering hole in the camp grounds. Moving on to the rugged wilderness of Damaraland, you’ll go in search of desert-adapted elephants and rare black rhino whilst staying at the incredible Mowani Mountain Camp, perched among dramatic granite boulders.
Beyond the wildlife, you’ll visit the Living Museum in Twyfelfontein to learn about the San people; how they built their homes and made clothes, and what tools they used to hunt and make friction-fires. From the wonderfully scenic Ai Aiba Rock Painting Lodge, you will head out on a guided drive to see the famous rock paintings of Etendeka, many of them thousands of years old and an fascinating window into the bushman’s way of life. This will be a holiday that you will remember forever!
