Se Boutique Hotel
As its name implies, the hotel is a stones-throw from the Se Cathedral in the very heart of Funchal – with the marina, the Mercados dos Lavradores, the Monte Palace cable car and the Zona Velha old town district all a short walk away.
There are fifty-four rooms in total, each equipped with A/C, a smart TV, a coffee maker, mini-bar and Wi-Fi. The hotel also has two restaurants – ‘O Calhau’ offers a mixed menu of Madeiran and Med-inspired dishes, whilst ‘Cossi Scoozi’ is fast becoming the most-popular Italian restaurant in downtown Funchal.
There’s also a peaceful inner courtyard where you can escape the bustle of daytime Funchal, and a roof terrace bar where you can enjoy a beautiful birds-eye view of the city by night.
