Whether you’re travelling As a couple, as friends or with your family, you can choose from a range of one, two or three-bedroom apartments with wonderful birds-eye views across Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean. There’s an outdoor pool and cafebar in the centre of the village – or three-bedroom villas with private pools are also available.
Palheiro Village is a part of the Casa Velha do Palheiro estate – home to the famous Palheiro Golf course which is a short walk from the village. As you’re staying in the suburbs of Funchal, we find it’s more practical to include a hire car in your holiday (particularly when it comes to shopping for supplies) but it’s not crucial: if you include any of our private tours, our guides will collect you from your apartment.
