Musica do Mar
Right on Ponta do Sol’s harbour front, the Musica do Mar is a charming little B&B with eight en-suite rooms. Simple and delightful, the rooms on either the first or second floor either have a partial or direct sea view. Four rooms have a balcony.
Due to its location, the pension is popular with walkers and the ideal starting or finishing point when you’re doing the dramatic coastal walk along the Atlantic connecting Cruzinha and Ponta do Sol.
There is a small bistro on the ground floor where breakfast is served, and during the day you can also sit outside and enjoy a drink, snacks and light meals. In the evening the restaurant serves delicious meals often with freshly caught fish caught by the local fishermen, who sell fish in the harbour.
The friendly Cape Verdean staff are always happy to help and can organise excursions and walks in the area.
