Aldeia Manga
Quiet, peaceful and secluded, in truly stunning location, the Aldeia Manga is a gem of Santo Antao’s Paul Valley. The Paul Valley is a good base for visitors who are here to do some serious hiking, or for those who want to ‘get away from it all’ and who are happy with limited facilities.
There are five individual bungalows and two large stone houses, all simply furnished and set in an enclosure that includes a garden and a small pool. Wi-Fi access is available for guests’ use. The construction of the property has been carried out sympathetically and the water supply is purified with ultraviolet light.
Breakfast is served with jams made from the fruits of the garden, and you can also enjoy Manga’s substantial buffet dinner. You’ll need to order this in advance and due to this and the Aldeia Manga’s rural location, we recommend staying here on a half-board basis. B&B is also available if you’d prefer.
