Based in the vibrant Lake District market town of Keswick, we try to create a relaxed people-focused working environment where employees are encouraged to develop their roles within the company and work as a coherent and dynamic team.
The Job: We’re looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team of travel specialists. Our clients are well travelled and are looking for their next exciting adventure. We’re here to help and you’ll be responsible for planning and designing some amazing adventures. Enquiries are generated four websites.
Full training, including overseas educational trips are included, along with a positive attitude to work and life. We have a great team here in Keswick where the pace is relaxed, but fast moving; accuracy, good written skills and a lovel of travel are essential and key to creating memorable holidays.
Joining the team – Skills/Experience: You don’t need to have previous experience of working in travel, as we’ll invest plenty of time getting you up to speed. What’s important are your values, attitude and ability to empathise with your fellow colleagues and our customers. You’ll need to have an eye for detail, fantastic written and IT skills, be curious, have a passion for learning and love to chat on the phone! In return we offer a relaxed working environment, flexible working, competitive salary, bonus scheme and overseas travel.
Starting Salary: £28k per annum (with earnings of up to £30k+ after 12 months with team bonuses).
