A very special thank you to Ian who sorted us a hotel in Ponta Delgada, very quickly, on a Saturday night when our inter-island flight was cancelled.  Also for helping my husband to access the website for lost luggage.  On both occasions these were outside of your control, but you were there when we needed you.

Sao Tome – From Steve

We arrived home on Thursday after an overnight in Bristol.  We had a great holidays – more of an adventure really!

Almost everything when to plan.  The pick-ups from the airport and hotels were vert efficient and the trips we had booked were fine.  There were some slight delays with some flights, but nothing major.

We had some heavy rain during our last few days – mostly in the afternoon though – which meant we could do the waterfall walk in the national part from Roca Belo Monte.

Costa Rica – Sarah

We had a brilliant two weeks in Costa Rica – Just the right amount of action, travel, chill time and exploration – thanks again to you and your team for organising us to beautifully! It was a very special experience and one the kids (and we) will always remember.
