Okonjima Plains Camp is located inside the Okonjima Nature Reserve, home of the AfriCat Foundation, half way between Windhoek and Etosha National Park.
Plains camp is made up of 10 spacious ‘view rooms’ which look out across the Okonjima grass plains, 14 slightly smaller ‘standard rooms’ which share the grass plains view and 6 ‘garden rooms’ with no view, located in the old homestead garden. The view and standard rooms have a veranda, and all rooms are en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities, safe, ceiling fan and undercover parking.
All rooms share an impressive central Plains Camp Barn where guests gather for meals, to use the outdoor pool, lounge area and wifi, and to look for game visiting the watering hole just outside.
