Desert Homestead Outpost is located in the 7,000 hectare private nature reserve of the Desert Homestead Lodge, 40 km from Sesreim and Namibia’s infamous sand dunes.
The Outpost’s 12 guest houses sit at the foot of a mountain offering guests stunning panoramic views. The thatched guest houses have their own sun terraces, mosquito nets, air conditioning, fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, mini safe and sleeping deck for star gazing. The Outpost’s main house has a restaurant, lounge and pool with sun terrace and shade roofs. There’s a safe at reception and laundry services on request.
The Outpost’s family house and superior unit are located a little away from the guest houses and each offers guests 90 square meters of living space with all the convenience of the smaller rooms.
